These terms apply when you submit a boiler replacement enquiry to Energy Leads ("we", "us"). By submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
· We operate a lead routing service for boiler replacement enquiries only.
· We collect your enquiry details and may pass them to one or more independent heating installers in your area.
· We are not a party to any contract between you and an installer.
· We do not provide boiler installation, repairs, servicing, engineering advice, quotations, or site surveys.
· We do not guarantee that an installer will contact you, quote, or accept the work.
· We do not supervise or control installers’ work, pricing, availability, materials, or warranties.
· Enquiries must relate to boiler replacement (not repairs, servicing, or maintenance).
· We may decline or close enquiries that fall outside our service area or do not meet our criteria.
· You must provide accurate information to enable installers to assess suitability.
We may contact you to confirm details before routing your enquiry. We may pass your enquiry to an installer on an exclusive first-offer basis or to a small group of installers, depending on capacity and availability.
· Any quote, visit, inspection, or contract is solely between you and the installer.
· You are responsible for checking the installer’s suitability, qualifications (including Gas Safe registration), insurance, and reviews.
· Installers are responsible for compliance with all legal and safety requirements.
· We do not set installers’ prices and do not receive payments from you for the installation.
· If an installer requests a deposit or payment, it is between you and that installer.
· We will not request payment from customers for an enquiry.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, cost, delay, or dispute arising from (a) an installer’s acts or omissions, (b) the quality, timing, or price of any work, (c) any quotes provided, or (d) your decision to engage an installer. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
If you have a complaint about an installer’s work, you should raise it directly with the installer. You may also inform us so we can review whether we continue routing enquiries to that installer, but we do not adjudicate disputes.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a new version on our website. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (unless mandatory local law applies).
